Digital Products

All of our products—whether Lightroom presets, LUTs, or courses—are delivered digitally. Because of their non-returnable nature, we do not typically offer refunds for digital downloads.

That said, we won’t leave you lost in the shadows. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product as intended, please reach out. If we can’t resolve the issue, we’ll review your case and may offer a refund at our discretion.

How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is approved:

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
