How to book a Photo Session
1. Inquiry
Start by contacting us through our booking form, email, or social media. Tell us a little about yourself, your vision, preferred date, and location.
2. Consultation & Planning
Once we receive your inquiry, we will arrange a consultation to discuss your ideas, expectations, styling, location options, and all details needed to create a personalized experience.
3. Deposit & Reservation
To secure your booking, a 40% booking deposit is required. Your session date will be officially reserved once the deposit has been received. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new session date provided that we are notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
4. Your Photo Session
On the day of the session, simply relax and enjoy the experience. We will guide you throughout the shoot to create natural, timeless, and authentic photographs.
5. Editing & Delivery
After the session, we carefully select and professionally edit the best images. Your final gallery will be delivered digitally within the timeframe specified in your chosen package. While each package includes a set number of edited images, we often deliver additional photographs at no extra cost when they meet our artistic and quality standards.
6. Enjoy Your Memories
Your photographs are timeless memories. Download your gallery, share your favorite moments, and enjoy them for years to come.
